Then the installation prints out transcriptions of these messages into an overflowing crate of “rage receipts” below.

Sacramento Bee: In April, UC Davis Chancellor Gary S. May (M.S.’88, Ph.D.’91 EECS) announced plans for a 25-acre technology and innovation district at the university’s medical center campus in Sacramento.
