Gridware sensor network named a Time best invention

Gridware, part of the spring 2020 CITRIS Foundry cohort, builds solar- and battery-powered sensors for powerline poles that offer early detection for power outages and wildfires.

Their platform for real-time powerline monitoring was named a Best Invention of 2022 by Time magazine.
