CITRIS and the Banatao Institute is hiring a development associate to support fundraising, donor engagement and stewardship activities across its four University of California campuses.

Based at UC Berkeley, the development associate will play a key role in strengthening relationships with supporters who help advance the institute’s mission of developing technology solutions for society’s most pressing challenges.

Working closely with the senior director of development and institute leadership, the successful candidate will coordinate donor communications and stewardship activities, support fundraising initiatives, organize special events and manage administrative operations. The position also involves collaborating with faculty and staff across UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Merced and UC Santa Cruz.

Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational, communication and project management skills, along with knowledge of fundraising and donor relations. The role calls for someone who can manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment and work effectively with a broad range of colleagues and partners.
