Business
plan competitions are Silicon Valley’s
way of bringing hidden talent and innovation into the spotlight. The goal of
Web 2 Mobile competition is to seek out those entrepreneurs who are creating
new value and services for mobile workforces and the mobile lifestyle.
In
a Valley that is already awash with business plan competitions hosted by
various universities and entrepreneur groups, Web-2-Mobile is unique and will
attract top-quality candidates because it offers entrepreneurs more than money:
the winning entrepreneurs will be invited to visit Nokia’s world-famous labs to
develop and test their innovations – opportunity to see their ideas realized
and vetted against real-world requirements.
The competition will be open to all qualified entrepreneurs and
will be actively promoted via entrepreneur organizations, social networks,
media and key partners throughout the world.
