DroneCamp is a five-day training program that covers everything a researcher needs to know to use drones for mapping and field data collection. Now in its ninth year, DroneCamp is designed for a wide range of skill levels and interests, from complete beginners to intermediate users who want to learn more advanced data processing and analysis. Instructors from the University of California — including the UC Santa Cruz CITRIS Initiative for Drone Education and Research — and the California State University systems will provide workshops and hands-on training. No experience is necessary.
Register now for DroneCamp 2025! The program is open to virtual and in-person participants.
