BIO: John S. Baras is the Lockheed Martin Chair in Systems Engineering and a Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, where he directs the Maryland Hybrid Networks Center.
