CITRIS UC Santa Cruz is hiring an executive director to oversee campus programs and operations and help shape short- and long-term strategy. The executive director will work with faculty, researchers and partners across the CITRIS network and beyond, while managing research programs, budgets, events, outreach and external partnerships. The role also supports the development of new collaborations and funding opportunities and oversees CITRIS research and incubator programs at UC Santa Cruz.
The full-time, career position is based at the UC Santa Cruz main campus, with a hybrid work schedule. The initial review date is Oct. 19, 2026, and the recruitment will remain open until filled.
