In spring 2026, students from the four CITRIS campuses will explore how technology and digital tools can better serve Californians as part of the CITRIS Responsible Technology Fellows program.
Serving in remote roles with the California Department of Technology (CDT) and other state departments, the fellows will further strengthen the state’s artificial intelligence (AI) capacity, as CITRIS and the state help to build a pipeline of leaders in public sector responsible AI adoption.
