Silicon photonics startup Ayar Labs, a venture in the 2015 CITRIS Foundry cohort, has received $130 million in series C funding from investors that include Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Nvidia. The funds will support the company’s efforts to commercialize its high-speed, low-power chip-to-chip optical connectivity solution.
