CITRIS Foundry alum Lion Semiconductor acquired for $335M

Texas-based microchip manufacturer Cirrus Logic has acquired Lion Semiconductor, a startup from the 2013 CITRIS Foundry cohort, for $335 million. Lion Semiconductor produces switched-capacitor architectures that enable better charging and power management in mobile devices.
