As
we near the end of 2008 and look forward to the year ahead, it is our pleasure to share some important news for 2009
with you. HP is continuing to grow its commitment to Open Innovation,
making it possible for colleges, universities and research institutions around
the world to participate in joint research with HP Labs through an open and
competitive process.
The
HP Labs Innovation Research Program (IRP) will again take place in 2009, with
an open, global call for proposals in areas that were
announced on January 26, 2009. You are hereby invited to participate in the 2009
program. Proposals will be accepted through March 2, 2009.
