Anca Dragan

Anca Dragan runs the InterACT lab, focusing on enabling artificial intelligence (AI) agents and robots to work with, around and in support of people. One of the core problems they work on is AI alignment — getting agents (be they robots, cars, large language models or recommendation systems) to do what people actually want them to by interactively learning from human feedback and modeling human decision-making. The InterACT lab also works on algorithms for human-AI collaboration, enabling agents to fluently assist humans in physical or virtual tasks.
