The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) has released its Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights, which aims to guide the design and usage of artificial intelligence (AI) to protect national rights.
The CITRIS Policy Lab was among the institutions consulted on the report and thanked in the report’s appendix.
Brandie Nonnecke, founder of the Policy Lab, served as one of the co-chairs of the University of California Presidential Working Group on Artificial Intelligence, which released a systemwide report in October 2021.
