Aether raises $49M in series A funding

Aether, a 2017 CITRIS Foundry company, has received $49 million in a series A funding round led by Jay Zaveri at Natural Capital and Trevor Zimmerman at Unless.

Using a robotics and machine learning-based platform, Aether is developing new classes of nanoscale machines to synthesize enhanced products for applications across industries. The company is currently focused on realizing more sustainable lithium extraction and will use the funding to scale its engineering capabilities.
