Job Opportunity: CITRIS Health student assistants

CITRIS Health is seeking motivated students to fill two open positions. Details about the positions below:

Student assistant (investor database) (~10 hours per week)

CITRIS Health is looking for a student to help build out an investor database.

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for a healthcare investor (institutional/angel) database and scheduling meetings with investors for the CITRIS Health team. Through interviews with investors, the student assistant will record investment theses, investment sizes, focus areas as well as challenges and opportunities. This position will also help with the Healthcare Innovation Leadership Week planning and logistics including helping with the course material write-up. This may include developing an overview of emerging healthcare technologies and startup companies as well as facilitating the healthcare research and commercialization collaboration project between UC and Zhejiang University in China.

Who should apply: Self-motivated and detailed-oriented graduate-level students. Ph.D. students with an interest in commercializing technology or MBA students with healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities: This position will help with the Healthcare Innovation Leadership Week planning and logistics. The student assistant will help with the course material write up. It may also include contributing to the healthcare investor (institutional/angel) database and scheduling meetings with investors for the CITRIS Health team. Through interviews with investors, the student assistant will record investment thesis, investment sizes, focus areas as well as challenges and opportunities.
