AV Rental Rates

Effective Date: July 2, 2018

Rates listed are for UC Departments. A 25% surcharge will be added for non-UC groups.

CITRIS AV services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm. AV services are not available on nights and weekends.

All AV services are provided by the CITRIS AV Team using CITRIS equipment. Renters are not allowed to bring in their own AV equipment for use in the Sutardja Dai Hall rentals rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY/FEES

For reservations made more than 1 month in advance, the following Written Notification Date and Cancellation Fees apply:
Less than 30 calendar days before the event: Full Contract Price
30-89 calendar days before the event: Deposit and 50% of Contract price
At least 90 calendar days before the event: Deposit only

For reservations made 1 month in advance or less, the following Written Notification Date and Cancellation Fees apply:
Less than 15 calendar days before the event: Full Contract Price
15-30 calendar days before the event: Deposit only

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

All deposits (cash, check, wire transfer, and COA) must be received upon confirmation. If a deposit is not received within this time, your request may be canceled.
