From the headquarters of CITRIS and the Banatao Institute on the UC Berkeley campus, Cheryl oversees strategic communications, external relations, messaging and brand identity in alignment with CITRIS teams at UC Davis, UC Merced and UC Santa Cruz.
She supports her team of staff and students to produce original editorial, web and multimedia content that highlights CITRIS’s breadth of interdisciplinary research successes, societal impact and intellectual leadership. Her team also develops promotional campaigns to support the institution’s research initiatives, flagship programs and events.
