Sarah Naumes is the managing director of CITRIS at UC Merced, where she works with transdisciplinary teams to facilitate socially impactful research. She joined UC Merced in 2019 and worked with the Office of Research Development prior to joining CITRIS. She is a Ph.D. candidate at York University in political science. In 2021, she was named a fellow in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) E. Kika De La Garza Fellowship Program.
