CITRIS and the Banatao Institute - Marvell NanoLab at CITRIS

The Berkeley Marvell Nanofabrication Laboratory at CITRIS includes more than 15,000 square feet of Class100 and Class1000 cleanroom.

This shared research center on the UC Berkeley campus provides more than 100 principal investigators and over 500 academic and industrial researchers with a complete set of micro- and nanofabrication tools.
