UC Santa Cruz is looking for a full-time program coordinator to manage administrative services for the CITRIS Aviation research initiative and activities within the Cyber-Physical Systems Research Center. The role will also feature short- and long-range strategic planning.
Duties include:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, conference calls and appointments related to projects and activities
- Helping to identify research team and industry partners
- Publicizing accomplishments
- Helping train administrative assistants and student workers
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related area, with experience in continuing education or higher education preferred, or equivalent training, solid verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work long periods of time at a computer with or without accommodation, primarily on campus.
