I4Energy Launch and Dedication

- 1:15 pm – 2:30 pm: “Dedication and Ribbon-cutting Ceremony” – Location: 4th floor of Sutardja Dai Hall, UC Berkeley
On January 29, 2010, we formally introduced the new i4Energy Center, with a panel of distinguished speakers from the California Energy Commission, the State Assembly, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the California Institute for Energy and Environment, and the Berkeley Campus. After the introduction in the Banatao Auditorium, we dedicated the new i4Energy space on the fourth floor of Sutardja Dai Hall in the Banatao Institute at CITRIS; dessert was served in the new space. Following the dedication, there was a poster session of current research displayed throughout the i4Energy space, and a demonstration of a small sampling of technologies that have been derived from our on-going research.
