TRUST Security Seminar, Oct 17

This talk provides updates on the dissemination of user information to third parties on the Internet as well as what is being done with this information. The underlying concepts of data leakage, linkage and lifetime point to possible directions for better user control of unwanted dissemination.

Craig Wills is Professor of Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He does research on Internet application performance and measurement with more recent work examining issues related to Internet privacy.
