Tom Kalil is an expert on technology and innovation policy, and served both the Clinton and Obama admistrations, most recently Deputy Director for Policy for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. He also served as the Senior Advisor for Science, Technology and Innovation for the United States National Economic Council.
