As noted in Forbes, 2014 CITRIS Foundry venture Clarity Movement Co. has expanded the distribution of its air quality sensor networks to Perth, Australia, with more sensors soon to be installed in New South Wales.

“Clean air is a fundamental human right,” said Clarity CEO and UC Berkeley alumnus David Lu in the article. “Our motivation is simple. If you can’t measure it, you can’t fix it.”

A bit closer to home, Clarity launched a network in partnership with the Los Angeles Unified School District earlier this year. The company also raised $9.6 million in series A+ funding in August.
