After another highly-competitive selection round, CITRIS Foundry welcomes four pioneering companies into our accelerator program. The newest cohort is commercializing deep technology innovations within the biotech, energy, and wireless industries.
Our referral networks remain the strongest channel for discovering and accepting top-tier startups. Applications for the CITRIS Foundry’s Spring 2017 cohort came in from all four CITRIS campuses, with an 11% acceptance rate for this impressive cohort. Aether – Aether uses its state of the art platform to rapidly engineer enzymes, enabling our customers to manufacture complex and novel products at fractional cost. Aether is the first company capable of searching sequence space to find novel biocatalysts.
