Big names in AI vow not to create weapons

The Verge: Tech leaders, including Elon Musk and the three co-founders of Google’s AI subsidiary DeepMind, have signed a pledge promising to not develop lethal autonomous weapons (LAWS), propelled by CITRIS PI Stuart Russell, founder of the Center for Human-Compatible Artificial Intelligence.
